  • 4 cups chopped seedless watermelon
  • 2 limes, juiced

  • A handful of fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the watermelon, lime juice, sugar (if using), and cold water.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any solids.
  4. Pour the juice into a pitcher or serving glasses.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
  6. Serve the watermelon lime juice chilled.

Optional: You can add a few ice cubes to the blender for a colder and more refreshing drink. You can also adjust the amount of sugar to taste. If you prefer a more pulpy juice, you can omit the straining step. Enjoy!
